Functional Competencies are the key to strategy execution.
First we determine what competencies
you have and what competencies you
desire. We then we provide a map for
you to work with us to restructure
team and member involvement with the
objectives of obtaining cooperative
buy-in to the acquisition and/or
development of competency.
As an outside resource we can be
totally impartial and focussed only
on delivering results. We are not
involved in internal politics, grace
or favour and our assessment and
delivery programmes and modules are
beneficial and motivational.
We are sympathetic and diplomatic
when its comes to the inevitable
issues around people, politics,
corporate culture and change
management. Your people are your
most valuable asset and your sales
people are your most important
people. We are sensitive to their
wants and needs and our purpose is
to work with them to gain
improvement beyond their existing
skills and contributions.
Respect for a mentor relationship is
earned and not given. We know this
too well and we are skilled at
developing these relationships with
our clients at all levels. Our hope
is that once the coaching,
facilitation and training is done,
this respect would have been well
earned and the mentor relationship
established. We don't just teach, we
lead by example.
